📅 Requesting Refunds
If you’ve subscribed in error or changed your mind, please keep on mind that:
- Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours
Refunds are eligible for annual plans (within the first 14 days)
Ineligibility for refunds on monthly subscriptions after payment
Request a review in exceptional cases (e.g., billing error) via our contact page.
- Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer
- Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed
Delays With Your Bank
While we reissue the funds within the stipulated period as mentioned in the previous section, please note that there may be a delay at your bank’s end. While refunds are credited to the original mode of payment by us, the actual processing may happen anywhere between 10 and 45 days, depending on your card issuing bank. In all such cases, you should contact your issuing bank for any delays in processing of returns.
