Your Right To Cancel

You can cancel any time if you feel the service is not meeting your expectations. That being said, please make sure that you read this cancellation policy carefully.

📅 Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Fybol subscription (Silver, Gold, Platinum) at any time.

Cancellation can be done by:

🕒 Cancellation Timeline

  • You can cancel you order within 24 hours of making the payment.
  • Refunds will be made back to the same payment solution used initially by you.
  • Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).

  • Your business microsite will remain active until that date.

  • We do not offer partial-period refunds unless covered by our Refund Policy.

🔐 Data Retention and Reactivation

  • After cancellation, your business microsite will be temporarily deactivated.

  • Your content and SEO structure will be preserved for up to 90 days in case you choose to return.

  • You may reactivate your account at any time during this period by resubscribing.

❗ Important Notes

  • Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data immediately.

  • If you wish to permanently delete your data, please contact support and make a formal request.
