Product Delivery Process

Fybol’s product delivery follows a process. Don’t worry, it’s not as scary as it sounds. We are there to handhold you from start to end.

Phase 1: Business Registration

This phase begins as soon as you decide to obtain a Fybol business page for your business.

  1. Visit the pricing page (https://ae.fybol.com/features-pricing/) and select the plan that you desire for your business. Every single plan has a link to the payment processor’s page through which you can purchase it. Once you have made the payment, you can commence the next step.
  2. Enter your business details on the sign-up (https://ae.fybol.com/sign-up/) page. Please note that this is a detailed process and may take up to an hour. You will need to keep your business documents handy for your reference. You will also need to keep media files like your business logo and icon for upload in this form.
  3. After you have successfully submitted your business details in the previous step, please send us your registration documents via WhatsApp on this number: +971545358549. You can get a complete list of required documents on documentation requirements page (https://ae.fybol.com/resources/documentation-requirements/). Please make sure you send these documents from your registered WhatsApp number.
  4. After you have sent the documents, you will be verified by Fybol’s business verification team. The verification team may even call, email, or message you via WhatsApp in case they need more details.
  5. Once the verification is completed, Fybol’s development will start building your business page. Though we try to expedite this process, please keep in mind that this process may take around one business day.

Phase 2: Live Business Page

This phase begins as soon as your business is launched online.

  1. Your business page goes live. Please note that your Fybol Business Page becomes the go-to resource not just for your customers, but also for your associates like your vendors. This page serves as the central resource for all the information pertaining to your business.
  2. The Fybol team will send your business page link as well as its QR code, which you can hand over to your customers, either via any messaging app, or even by printing it on a pamphlet. You can even stick it on your store’s door, walls, and so on.
  3. Our business team will ensure that your business is recognized by all search engines, and id found by customers looking for you.
  4. Your business leads and customers will contact you directly.

Phase 3: Renewal

This phase kicks off when your subscription expires.

  1. You will be notified by the Fybol team either by message or phone, or by email when your subscription is about to end. You will also be provided with a payment link.
  2. Once you make the renewal payment, your business page will continue to be in place.
